ABOUT DONNA D. FRAICHE

Donna D. Fraiche, Founder and President of Fraiche Strategies, LLC, retired from over 45 years in the active practice of law. Having opened the offices in New Orleans and Baton Rouge of the national law firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, Ms. Fraiche chaired its Nominating Committee and its Women’s Initiative. She advises clients, including mature and start- up businesses, with their strategic and public policy needs, including governance, diversity, disaster recovery, health care and leadership advancement. Ms. Fraiche serves on the Boards of three Nasdaq listed public Companies’ boards, where she is the Lead Independent Director of two boards and chairs the Nominating and Governance and Compensation Committees. She also serves on certain audit committees. Ms. Fraiche is the Honorary Consul-General of Japan for New Orleans. She is on the Executive Committee of the Louisiana Consular Corps as Treasurer and Chairs its Finance Committee. She also serves as the President of the Louisiana Supreme Court Historical Society.
